Speed up or slow down video
Shorten long shots by speeding them up, or slow down a fast moment. The audio changes speed too, and voices won’t sound like chipmunks.

Frequently asked questions
What happens to the audio?
It speeds up or slows down along with the picture, but voices keep their pitch.
How smooth is slowed-down video?
Frames are repeated when slowing down, so motion stays smooth, but no new in-between frames are created. Slow motion looks best on video shot at 60 frames per second.
Can I speed up just part of a video?
Only the selected part is sped up – set its start and end in the Time tab.
Are my videos uploaded to a server?
No. Videos are processed right in your browser and never leave your device. Only the tool itself is downloaded from our server, the same for everyone. More in the privacy policy.
